The Schedule is as follows: Monday 5pm-6pmAdvanced Freestyle, Flip Turn, and Under Water Technique and Execution Tuesday 5pm-6pm High Performance BackStroke, Body Position, Transition and Flip Turns. Wednesday 5pm-6pm High Performance Breaststroke, Body Position, Kicking and Transition Turns. Thursday 5pm-6pm High Performance Butterfly, Body Dolphin, Hip and Feet position, Transition Turns. Final event a timed 200 Meter Individual Medley.
